Terms of Service
These terms govern the private visa-assistance services we provide. The service we perform is defined in the written quotation you accept.
Effective date: 21 October 2026 · Operated by Visa For Indonesia
1. Nature of service
We provide private administrative visa-assistance and coordination services. We are not a government authority, are not affiliated with Indonesian Immigration, and cannot issue or approve any visa, permit or entry. Applications can be made directly at evisa.imigrasi.go.id. The service we perform is defined in the written quotation you accept.
2. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate, authentic and complete documents on time; disclose previous refusals and current immigration status; review forms before submission; use any visa only for activities it permits; keep a valid passport. We may decline or suspend a service if documents are false, incomplete or unlawful.
3. Sponsorship
Some categories require an Indonesian sponsor. Your quotation will state whether (a) you or your employer/family member provide the sponsor, (b) we act as sponsor, or (c) a named partner acts as sponsor. We do not represent that we sponsor applicants unless that arrangement exists.
4. Scope
Depending on the service: eligibility discussion, document checklist and review, form preparation, application coordination, sponsor liaison, status updates, extension planning and filing. Work outside the quotation needs your approval and may carry an extra fee. We do not give legal or tax advice except through qualified professionals under a separate agreement.
5. Fees and payment
Before payment you receive an itemised quotation showing our service fee, the government fees known at the time, and any third-party or payment charges. Government fees are set by the authorities and can change; we seek your approval before material additional costs. Currency, milestones and taxes are stated in the quotation.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- Before work begins, prepaid service fees are refunded less disclosed non-refundable third-party charges.
- After work begins but before filing, refund of unused fees per the quotation and applicable consumer law.
- After filing, completed work is not refundable solely because an authority delays or refuses.
- Government fees follow the authority's rules.
- If we fail to deliver agreed work we provide a correction or refund consistent with the agreement and the law.
Send refund requests to support@visaforindonesia.com with your order number. We acknowledge every request promptly and give a decision once we have reviewed the work completed.
7. Processing times and decisions
All times are estimates. Delays can arise from official review, rule changes, holidays, missing documents or third parties. We do not guarantee approval, entry, or a decision date.
8. Rule changes
Visa codes, eligibility, documents, sponsor requirements and fees change without notice. If a change affects your service we will propose a revised scope or quotation for your acceptance.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. You authorise the processing and disclosure needed for the accepted scope.
10. Limitation of responsibility
We perform the agreed services with reasonable care. We are not responsible for government decisions, inaccurate documents you supply, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Disputes and governing law
Contact support@visaforindonesia.com first with your order reference; we will review and respond. Governing law and jurisdiction are stated in your service quotation. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
