Government fees are set by Indonesian immigration and are the same whoever files the application. What a government fee is
These are the state fees (PNBP) collected by immigration for issuing or extending a visa or permit. They apply equally whether you file yourself through evisa.imigrasi.go.id or use an agency. They are usually non-refundable if an application is refused.
What a service fee is
A service fee pays for the work of preparing and filing the application: document guidance, form preparation, sponsor coordination, follow-up and reminders. Ours is quoted in writing before you pay, with the government fee and any third-party costs shown on separate lines. If a quote shows one combined figure, ask for the breakdown.
Why fees change
Immigration fees are set by regulation and revised from time to time. We recheck the current figures when we quote, and we seek your approval before any material additional cost.
Visa For Indonesia is a private visa-assistance service, not the Indonesian government. Rules, fees and eligibility change; the figures below are correct as of October 2026 and you can always check or apply directly at evisa.imigrasi.go.id.
